Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I can’t recommend Mobin at Pioneer Mechanical enough! When my A/C stopped working during this heat wave, I called him at 1:00 AM expecting to leave a message—but he actually answered the phone. He took the time to answer all of my questions, explained everything clearly, and scheduled a visit right away.

He arrived exactly when he said he would, was professional, courteous, and quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem. It’s rare to find someone who is this responsive, honest, and committed to great customer service.

If you need HVAC or air conditioning service in Brantford, don’t hesitate to call Mobin at Pioneer Mechanical. Outstanding service from start to finish. Thank you again!

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I would strongly recommend Mobeen of Pioneer Mechanical Inc. for their HVAC services and after sales service.
From the very first consultation, their team was professional, transparent, and extremely knowledgeable. They helped us choose the perfect AC unit for our home and gave us a fair, upfront quote without any hidden fees. On the day of installation, the technicians were punctual, respectful of our property, and worked incredibly efficiently. They even used drop cloths and took their shoes off to keep the workspace clean. Once the installation was complete, they thoroughly cleaned up and took the time to walk us through how to use the new thermostat and system. Our home has never been more comfortable, and the new unit runs beautifully. Mobeen, thankyou for the outstanding service!

I called them for a new air conditioning quote and received a fantastic, highly competitive price. Once approved, their team was incredibly prompt and arrived the very next day for the installation.
The installers were professional and efficient, taking extra time to clearly explain all the safety-related features and operation of the new system. To top it off, they even gave me a free air filter from a promotion they were running.
It was a completely hassle-free experience with excellent customer service. If you need AC work done, I definitely recommend giving them a call!
